We want you to love your Essano products. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you're eligible for a one-time exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Exchange

• Exchange is only valid for purchases made on www.essano.com.sg.

• Item(s) must be returned with proof of purchase.

• One-time exchange only per product.

• Applies only to first-time purchases of a product.

• Product(s) must be sent back within 30 days from the delivery date.

What Can Be Exchanged

• Any Essano skincare item (opened or unopened).

• Product must be used less than 30% of the actual volume.

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Free gifts or promotional items.

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.

• Items not purchased from our official store or authorized retailers.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Email our customer care team at contactus@essano.com.sg with the following:

   • Your order number

   • The product you'd like to exchange

   • Your reason for exchange

2. Our team will guide you through the return process.
